An approach to real estate
as unique as New York itself.

Innovative real estate programs that add value & save money.

Hi, I'm Walter Larkin. Have you noticed that nearly every industry in the last decade has been transformed by technology? Transactions are easier and more transparent; people have access to more information than ever; and transaction costs have come down, benefitting consumers. So, why not real estate?

When I started out in this industry, listings were kept on index cards in file cabinets. You couldn't find out what was on the market without a broker. Today, buyers can search online for every available listing on their own; and making connections between qualified buyers and sellers has never been easier. Everything in the industry has changed except one thing: the pricing.

I started LARKIN:NYC with a very specific mission: to provide unmatched real estate services & expertise, with an exceptional level of service, at pricing that reflects today's marketplace. Every aspect of what we do is designed to maximize the value of your real estate transaction and keep more of your money where it belongs: in your pocket.

I was born, raised, went to school, and had my entire mortgage finance and real estate career in New York. I live and breathe this city and know all the peculiar ins and outs of its real estate market. Whether you're buying, selling, or both, I look forward to leveraging that expertise to help you get the most out your real estate transaction.
